Customize Timesheets for Your Organization
The latest TMetric update brings exciting new features. Now in the workspace settings, you can easily configure timesheets to meet your company's needs. When importing data to TMetric, you can view the Import History with all the requests. Additionally, you can set up notifications for various processes in TMetric by yourself.
So, let's see how this all works.
Configure timesheets settings
Now, in the workspace settings, you can set up timesheets for the entire workspace to maintain consistent time management and comply with your company’s internal policies.
You can set an approval period for timesheets, choose the first day of the timesheet period, and enable automatic email reminders for submission.
View your data import results
When importing data to TMetric, you can now easily access the import history. In the workspace settings on the Data Import page, you can view all import requests, their statuses, and the names of the members who made them.
You can clearly see what has been imported, when it was, how long it took, the name of a person who initiated it, the number of row imported or failed.
Set up email notifications
In TMetric, you can now configure email notifications for estimate and budget, tasks, time off, and timesheet events. This ensures you receive timely updates on their status and changes while minimizing unnecessary emails.
Each member may have unique email notification preferences. Go to the My Profile page and select Notifications in the side menu. In the list of the notifications, select the ones you need.
