Enhanced Timesheets with Time Off and New Dialogs
The present update offers enhanced capabilities for timesheet management. We've added the possibility to view each team member's time off details in the timesheet, so you can efficiently plan payroll. We've also modified the dialogs, which appear when submitting, approving, withdrawing, and rejecting timesheets.
Integration with Time Off
Adding time off to timesheets allows seamless tracking of employee hours and absences in one place. It ensures accurate payroll by directly tracking time off in timesheets, minimizing errors and manual adjustments.
Managers can view the team's timesheets and time off details to plan their payroll. They get quick access to a team member's time off status, type, duration, and pay details directly from the Team Timesheets.
Employees can easily track their time offs and how they will affect their payments.
They can quickly get information about the status, type, and duration of time off on the My Timesheets page.
Other Improvements
Updated Timesheet Dialogs
We are gradually improving the Timesheets module. In this release, we've improved the dialogs that appear when submitting, withdrawing, approving, and rejecting timesheets.
This will streamline all these processes by providing key information in one place (tracked time, time off, total time, etc.). There is also the possibility of choosing an approver when needed.
