Major TMetric Update: New UI and Features
We modified the internal service architecture that lets the service work faster and far more stable. The major change we introduce is the new UI. We have not changed the core concept so our loyal users can skip the adjustment steps and just enjoy the new UI.

The new UI
We modified the internal service architecture that lets the service work faster and far more stable. The major change we introduce is the new UI. We have not changed the core concept so our loyal users can skip the adjustment steps and just enjoy the new UI. We stick to the same principles of work. What we changed is the design: we offer the clean, easy-to-use UI to give the instant access to all the features the user needs. Check our new interface and work more effectively using the highly intuitive navigation.
The modified terms of trial
New users
Now you can create a TMetric account, and within 30 days you are free to try ANY feature you fancy as well as use our app for the unlimited number of users, which will certainly help you assess TMetric value as your reliable time-assistant.
In 30 days, you will be requested to make a choice, and either stay on a free plan that gives you the access to basic functions or subscribe to Professional/Business Plan, which means unlocking the rich feature sets of our premium offers.
Existing users
Regarding the users whose trial is not exceeding 30 days on the day of this release, the modified trial for them will be launched automatically. The users on the free plan who signed up earlier but did not activate the trial can do it by contacting the support.
Grace period
In case the customer failed the payment due to the technical issues, now there is a grace period for complying with terms of app use, solving the issue and making a corresponding payment. Within the grace period, the user will NOT be switched off the paid plan features and CAN keep the benefits granted to the paid plan subscribers.
Other Features
Time Zone Adjustment
We improved monitoring the remote team performance in regard to the time zones adjustment: now when the manager wants to monitor the remote worker’s time-sheets, s/he can see the time difference. It means you will neither miss nor mess hours in calculations whatever time-zone you are in.
Cost Rate Apply Date
We added the option of setting the cost rate antedated. Now you can assign the entry to any given calendar day, which will be helpful in case you have to adopt the payroll changes.
