New Personal Dashboard to monitor your work
The latest release of TMetric offers a new Personal Dashboard, which will help you implement the best use of your time every day. Now, you can plan your daily work with ease using the set of available widgets.
We are pleased to announce the release of the TMetric web app. Today, we would like to introduce a Personal Dashboard, which displays all your data in one place. Now, in one screen, you get access to all the information you need to successfully plan your work every day.
A Personal Dashboard is a very helpful tool, when it comes to tracking the metrics related to your work. It's composed of various widgets that displays information from already existing sections in the web app. The dashboard can be found on the left-side menu by clicking the My Work item. This functionality is available only in the Business plan.
Personal Dashboard contains the following widgets:
Widgets display the information received at the time of opening the page. Let's see what each of them presents.
The Current Task widget displays the current running timer including the name of the task and project you are working on at the moment.
The Overview widget contains a summary of the tracked time, for different periods (today, this week, this month, and monthly balance).
The Calendar Events widget contains the events from the connected calendars for the current day.
The Due Tasks widget shows tasks that have a set due date. At the top of the list are "overdue" tasks, then "today" tasks, and below are "upcoming" tasks.
The Request for approval widget is only present if the user has the right to approve time off requests and has been selected as the approver. This list includes requests that require approval (Needs approval).
The My Requests widget - there are personal requests that the user has created. There you can see the status and all the information on the request.
The Missed Workdays widget displays missed working days of the user, starting from the first day of the previous month.
There is a possibility to hide the widgets you don't need by clicking the Manage Widgets button.
